Known for producing butter since the 50s, now also organic, the historic company of the Modena hills in the modern premises in CASTELFRANCO EMILIA, where Parmigiano Reggiano is also packaged, turned to SIREC to resolve issues related to flooring.
It is well known that broken tiles, as well as being an inconvenience for the passage of trolleys, cause infiltrations and stagnation of liquids that make it easy to have bacteriological contamination. The problem occurred in the holding cells of specialty cheeses and finished products.
With the company, we took on the problem with determination, applying directly to the tiles our epoxy flooring "EPOXIPLAN/AR"; monolithic flooring with high mechanical resistance, waterproof, chemical resistant particularly suitable in environments where the flooring requires high impermeability and frequent cleaning.
The satisfaction of the owner of the company has meant that, in subsequent years, during the expansion of cells and the production and packaging area, he called upon SIREC again. Examining their needs in these areas, we had no hesitation in proposing and implementing the EPOXIBETON flooring with non-slip finish, as per Consolidated Act 81/08, suitable in environments where hygiene is the no.1 priority. EPOXIBETON is an epoxy mortar screed with which, where necessary, one can create gradients for the proper outflow of water.
