Sirec S.p.a. hereby establishes its quality and environmental policy consistent with the provisions of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards in order to ensure customer satisfaction through constant monitoring of its business processes, define improvement goals for its organizational system, and ensure environmental protection and safeguarding.

To comply with the above, the management is committed to:

•  Spreading the culture of quality and environment to the people working in the organization by involving them in the understanding and implementation of their own operating procedures and instructions, in order to prevent environmental accidents and reduce possible complaints;
• Reducing, and if possible eliminating, noncompliances and their causes to limit wasted resources that lead to additional costs to the business economy;
• Monitoring air emissions, establishing operational and management practices to minimize the environmental impacts related to them;
• Preserving the environment throughout the area where the organization's activities take place so as to prevent environmental damage and reduce the impact on the environment of its activities;
• Monitoring consumption of natural resources by internally promoting both energy conservation and the use of renewable sources;
• Measuring and monitoring the performance of the organization's quality and environmental management system and its processes in order to pursue continuous improvement in quality performance and environmental prevention through appropriate annual programs, consistent with the strategic objectives and priorities;
• Committing to fully comply with the laws, mandatory regulations and ethical principles related to our business sector, including those aspects related to the safety and health of workers and the respect for the environment;
• Consolidating the relationship of trust and cooperation established with its customers in order to better meet their needs;
• Empowering the various business functions so that everyone can contribute actively and constructively to the growth of the company;
• Promoting supplier responsibility toward behaviors that ensure product quality and environmental protection;
• Ensuring its collaboration and cooperation with all public or private entities engaged in environmental protection activities, providing a contribution appropriate to its role in the community;
• Reviewing the suitability of this quality and environment policy periodically, based on the audit data revealed during the audit, to ensure that it is always consistent with the organization's objectives and processes;
• Spreading and making this document available both internally and externally within the organization;
